Icon3 need 12v power civic coupe

I want to install two LED light tubes in the area under the steering wheel and same on the passanger side. Each requires 12V power. I have no experience installing these. Does anyone know how to do this?
I have a 2005 honda civic ex 2 door.
Thanks!

how exactly do you hook it up to that fuse, I do not want to do any damage to my electrical system. Also, does that mean that I can no longer use the power outlet for my cell phone, navigation system, etc?

There's two wires that goes to the cigarete lighter, hook those 2 wires to the led's. The polarity doesn't matter.

Get a test light and look for acc. power at ur fuse panel, find yourself a connector that will fit in the panel, splice into your tube wires and plug it in. there should be a ground wire bolted close to the fuse panel. you can use that same ground. I did this for my fog lights, works light a champ.

is there an adaptor that you can just put the wires coming from the LED tube into and put it into the cigarette lighter?

go to the auto parts store and buy a fuse adapter. It fits in an existing fuse slot and gives you a fused connection to work with.
