Are there any sources where I can buy the bumper with the silver paint already matched?

ebay is the best place. Find a takeoff with factory paint in good shape.
You may find something on Craigslist too.

Don't buy ebay aftermarket new bumpers from people that paint them according to your "paint code". The chances of the color matching correctly are slim.
