Default Should i buy this EF?

went to check out a tranny and the dude showed me this little fella sitting in the back.

91 Honda Civic white with black interior. Car started off as a civic DX hatch but almost every part on the car has been changed. The interior has been fully swapped over to Si and is in excellent condition. The engine was removed out of a 93 Integra GSR and is a DOHC vtec B17 with new water pump and timing belt. Engine had low mileage when removed and has ran without a hitch since the install about 20,000kms ago. Upgrades to the engine include an AEM cold air intake, Skunk 2 intake manifold, airmass header, 2 1/2 full stainless catback with magnaflow muffler and reflashed P28 ecu. Complete polyurathane bushings throughout car. Hasport B-Series transmission linkage. Hasport billet motor mounts. Complete braking system from integra gsr, (booster, master cylinder, front and rear disk brakes. Alpine cd player with I-pod cable. Aircared until Nov 09.
body is.....RUST FREE!! it's a clean EF. The seller seemed pretty reputable, and seems to know his hondas. he is asking $3900 Canadian. This is my "dream" ef, minus the color. I'm going to go and drive it on sunday and get underneath it to inspect everything. What do you folks think?

I can see this thread going the direction that Canadian_EF's went.

Looks good but I'd get rid of the rims. Good price, too. The B17 is surprisingly rare.

There is just way too much I want to say to this, the innuendo tree is ripe for the picking. But I'll hold back.

On topic: The price is not bad, if everything is done right. That's ~$3,100 USD, and B16A swapped Si's go for $3-3.5k...well, at least before I started seeing clean Si's for $1200.

I'd say buy it. With the parts you listed the car itself is free. And in good condition to boot.
