Sweet man. I cant wait to start my rebuild. We have a couple of similiar parts. The turbo, manifold, injectors. Im using JE/CROWER though. The PWR rad looks sweet as hell, I want one of their IC's too.
Be sure to take pics of the modified manifold too. Im looking to upgrade to a 40mm Tial as well.

 

Does your PWR rad use the regular OEM cap?

 

I was thinking of having the 40mm flange welded directly to the manifold, but it looks like it will be a messy job (unless I find a good welder). For simplicity and space requirements, I may just make a bend with an opened up 35mm flange on one end and the 40mm on the other, so that the WG will sit where the P/S pump would normally go. PWR IC's do look nice, but I'll be going air/water when it's all assembled

 

Yes, so I'm told. Haven't bothered fitting one while it sits in me living room
