Default Wiring harness dilema

I currently have a obd2b y7 powered hatch and want to add in an obd1 z6. I went out and bout a 99-00 harness but now I discovered some of the wires close to the ecu were cut and soldered back. These are the exact wires that were cut and re soldered..

ecu plug C

pin 10 vtm/vtec pressure switch
pin 17 map
pin 27 tps

ecu plug B

pin 1 igp1 (power)
pin 2 ground
pin 12 vts/ vtec solenoid switch
pin 13 igm ignition control module (rpm)
pin 20 lg2 logic ground 2 (ground)

Should I get rid of this harness and just modify the y7 harness? Or should i not even worry about it. My wiring guy recomends to just get rid of it since the solder can possibly fubar some signals or mess with the ecu power
