suggestions for 89 CRX SI b17a1 turbo
hey im new to old hondas and i have a project car i just wanna run down thru the tubo setup and see if theres any precautions i should be aware of im trying to do 300whp and if theres anyone that knows any good info on the b17a1 because i know they are a rare motor but is there any benefit about it?

not sure who to go for tuning either i heard crome was good
i also have skunk 2 pro series vavle springs and titanium retainer but no cam no sure if the stock cam can hold the spring tension or will i be fine with stock rebuild head?

The B17A bare block is actually identical to the B16A block. But the pistons, rods, and crank are different. The B17A crank gives you about 5mm more stroke. This is where the extra .1 liter comes from.The B16A has 160hp and 111lbs tq while the B17A has 160hp and 118lbs of tq.The B17A has the lowest compression of all DOHC VTEC motor of 9.7:1 compression,adding boost will make it go with a proper tune.
