y8 on b7 mini me not working need help, sorry

ok time is no working right at all it is just slipping, it has 143 teeth on the belt, and i have a bbk cam gear on there its at 0 (right in the middel).... so do i need a smaller belt? or what? oh and i have tryed the stock cam gear, it does the same thing. sorry to bug you guys about this but i need to go to work

needs a D16Y8 timing belt (104 teeth).

How the hell do you have 143 teeth on the belt?... D15B7 uses 106 teeth and that's the longest SOHC D-series belt.
