*HELP ME PLZ* idling problem

ok guys i drive a 2000 integra gs-r stock at the moment 42k miles on the motor. I have plans of boostin but first i have a little problem. The current setup on my car-Golden eagle block guard, thick low compression 2.0 buddy club head gasket, arp head studs, skunk2 itm, dc headers, and aem cai.
So every morning I would cold start up my car letting it sit no gasing, about 5 minutes goes by, the idle would drop below 1k struggling to maintain and sometimes would die. also to add sometimes at a street stop it would act up too and when this happens my car will not let me exceed over 5k for its like I had a rev limiter. So I went and did a battery check came out normal, check my sparks plug normal, distributor normal. *HELP ME PLeZzzzzzz*

I really don't want to mess with the throttle screw its set stock - The ECU is stock gs-r - I kinda feel it could be a FAIL o2 sensor or something. The car was running strong and normal but the problem started happening when I changed it ..now i struggle to get off the line.. as for the 5k max it doesn't always happen..any thoughts

if your obdII and have a failed 02 sensor you would get a CEL, did you recently replace the 02 sensor or something?
also make sure your throttle cable is adjusted right and IACV is working, its weird no codes are being thrown

i had this problem with my LS i changed the IACV and cleaned the intake mani and it solved it but every one's problems is differant. it was only on start up and at pure idle at stop signs some times. but ALWAYS on start up.

It's a gsr with s2 IM, and stock ecu. GSR stock intake mani has secondaries which are eliminated when you changed to s2. So there goes the cold start problem, idle needs to be adjusted. Are you having idle problems when it reaches normal operating temp when you hold idle at 1500rpm?

as for the *LIMP MODE QUESTION* i came to a conclusion its a good possibility this is the problem but i don't now how to fix it this, can someone plz help me
