Can i still use the same turbo bolt on setup for N/A setup?
i have...
-440cc injectors
-3'' full cat-exhaust
-stage 4 competition clutch
-255 fuel pump
-p28 on crome
can i use this setup for a stock engine with only i/h/e
since i already have these parts i prefer to use them again!

Everything except for the clutch kit and crome would be overkill and a waste. If you plan on building the motor, the injectors would be fine with tuning.
the exhaust is fine, will be loud, i have a friend with full 3" on his d15, its freaking loud!
the clutch, thats mainly gonna be an issue with driveability for you, but i have a clutchmasters stage 3 and its not that much different pedal wise that a stock clutch
the fuel pump is fine, it just will be circulating fuel more,
crome tuned ecu is fine too, just needs to be retuned.

You should be ok. The exhaust is a bit too big for a stock motor, but you can make it work. The injectors are a bit too big but should be fine with a tune. And the clutch is perfectly fine, i have the same one and its perfect for the street no matter on what motor.
Change the exhaust to a 2.36 or 2.5 and get smaller injectors and it should run like a beauty with a good tune.
