alright guys heres my problem NOW i put a mini me with a y8 head in my EF converted a bunch of ****, it will pull and hit Vtec Pretty good at about 70% of the throttle but when i floor it..it bogs out!! WHY??

 

Is your TPS wired up correctly?

he ALWAYS says that even on my thread, but he was right, :D my timing was off my car bogged bad when i floored it, make sure ur timing ir sight the crank pulley set to tdc and check and see if ur cam is at tdc if its not that is prolly ur problem, easy fix

 

lol yeah, i can see why he says it too. A motor is a pretty basic thing when you think about it.
It's just a big air pump with fuel injected into it then lit on fire.

if you have fuel and spark, then look into the timing of everything.

I do, usually because that's the easiest thing to F*** up, and for some reason the most overlooked.

thanks everybody, somebody told me to change my spark plug wires ??? but i got spark lol

 

switch the 2 outside tps wires around and see what that does

 

ok ill give it a shot but do i just pry um out?

 

Sounds like a weak ignition problem or a timing problem. As you increase load, the injectors spray more fuel but a weak ignition system cannot ignite the mixture or the timing is off and not igniting the mixture at the right time.

Look at distributor/coil, cap, rotor, wires, and plugs.
Check ignition timing with a timing light

Here is the TPS wiring. Verify that you are getting the proper voltage to the correct locations.
