Are the full gasket sets on ebay anygood, there like 50 bucks and seem to have everything, figure its cheaper to order that then to pick out the 3 gaskets i need for 60, Anyone have experience with the ebay gasket sets?

they're shitty. buy nicer gaskets that you actually need. alot of them that come in the package are little useless gaskets like the oil pickup tube gasket and whatnot. nothing that a little rtv sealant can't take care of. go expensive on important gaskets. head gasket, IM gasket. ect... and don't change the little ones you don't need to.

 

i rebuilt my d16z6 with them and they havent failed me yet i also did three head gaskets with them they have been ok for me

 

i just have a problem with the cheap head gaskets. stick with the OEM ones from honda. screw the cometic ones too.. i've had them work and i've had them fail. cometics have gone both ways for me. but i still trust oem 3 layers from honda the most. or a cometic if it's a weird size. like 82mm or 83.5mm. or something not oem sized.

 

well i only need a vtec selonid gasket, valve cover gasket cause im changing my one leaky cam seals to the blox ones or golden eagle w/e is cheaper not sure what other gaskets get replaced with the valve cover and i needed a oil pan gasket and i think all but the cam seals come in it so i figure those type of gaskets would work. guess ill go to the dealership
