I've been getting into autox lately and currently run KYB AGX and Tein S.techs. Of course, these springs are WAY too soft for this type of racing
Exhibits A and B:

So I've been looking into some stiffer springs. I'm a college student on a definite budget so the cheaper the better (to a certain extent of course). I consider GC's to be my last option right now since they run about twice as much. I've been considering the H&R race as my number one choice right now but I've had a person, who's knowledge in this area I really trust, say that I will be on the bump stops a lot with this spring since it drops it very low (2in on a prelude is a LOT)
Also, I'm not sure how the AGX's will handle the high rates that the H&R's have. Shock dynos I've read on here show the AGX on firmest setting has a rebound about notch or so below koni yellows full stiff setting. I think they would be fine, or am I wrong?
Just thought I'd get some opinions on what I should do here, I have a month until my next event and I'd like to have my new springs on by then. Thanks in advance
Oh and just for kicks I felt I might add that I just did my first event on my new Direzza sport Z1 SS tires and WOW are they amazing. Couldnt ask for more in a street tire, they handled better in the rain (aquacross!!) than my previous tires did when it was dry lol. Couldnt be happier
