hey i have an ef si with a b series swap!! i need help because my clutch is super hard and it just snapped where it hooks on to the pedal!! anyone have an idea why it can be so hard??
also 1st and 2nd are hard to put in gear!!! only if i go from third to 1st one out of ten times it will go in!!
same as second gear...when im rollin like 5 mph it doesnt go into 1st or second! anyone have any ideas why this happens????????/

replace the clutch cable if it snapped, re-weld the pedal assembly if it snapped.

I read that something snapped, yet you're on here asking for advice?

replace the broken peice, if it still doesn't work then re-post your thread and be more descriptive of the actual problem.

 

yes of course im replacing the cable but my question is why is the clutch so hard??
and why doesnt 1st or 2nd go in smoothly even while rolling!

 

is it a new clutch?

 

is the tranny cable??

 

My guess would be that: you have a hydro trans in a cable car. It did not have the adapter pieces bought or made properly. Some one mickie moused the car together. I had a ef like that they put a 93si trans in it and just made their own brackets it was a pia to drive. I broke the front and rear mounts in about 10 mins trying to get it home. I'd replace it with a cable trans. You said it had a b swap? Then get a 90-93 integra trans.
