Hi guys. I really want to put on a J's racing replica lip on my car, but I don't have a jdm bumper (too poor)

Where the lip goes in the middle grill part in the bumper. You need to trim the both sides where it wraps around at.

 

How do you exactly modify a EG lip to an EF bumper.

 

Note that the bumper pictured is both:

-A hatch
-A 90-91 model.

It also looks like it has been nailed to the bumper near the edges.

 

damn ive seen this topic pop up plenty of times on h-t. check the search engine next time. also the j's replics race lip fits the usdm front of the crx as well. why would that guy nail the side of the lip to the bumper? all he needed to do was bolt it/nail it to the backing of the bumper where its less noticeable.

also the lip comes with double sided tape to make it stick flush with the bumper.

 

I got the one form JDM **** for my car and it fitted really good.

 

so I should be able to make it fit? That'd be so awesome if it does =T... I really want the lip. Lol

 

Yeah I had no problem putting it on... I did it at night to =P. So yeah it's that easy.

 

i just put the lip on my 91 crx si and it fits very nice, i had a little trouble with one side of the sticky tape not wanting to stick so i just took one zip tie and had that hold it up so it doesnt fall off on the freeway, but other then that, i love it
