Hello, I have a rather easy question about painting the front grille on my 2005 Honda Accord EX.

Basically, the front grille is a dark gray, and there's nothing else on the car at all that's the same color. So I was thinking, I should paint it black!
However, that raised the question of even attempting to detach the grille from the body, and what kind of paint I should use.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should approach this mini-project?

Thanks in advance! Also, my color is the same color as the one in the above picture. The only difference is that I have window tinting, a moonroof, and a moonroof visor.

 

look for a can of paint made by sem in flat black thats what a lot of shops use on wipers arms mirriors etc.
