Ridgeline Brakes on EP3
Me and a buddy were wondering if Ridgeline brakes would fit on EP3. So the other day we decided to buy the front disks and calipers and since the car is a daily driver we didnt get a chance to test the fit but from looks and a lil mods it should fit fine. maybe some washers? if any one has attempted this brake upgrade or has an opinion on the upgrade let me know. when i/we eventually have time we will post pics and a write up but till then what do you honda ****** think.
Most common swap for brakes is usually the Type-S front brakes cause the rear are the same for the base model rsx, Type-S and the EP3... but if you do it more power to you! Make sure to post pics with a little writeup!!!
I think you should contact "TheBrakeExpert" on k20a.org and ask for his expertise.
The more "common" OEM brake upgrades I've seen are the new Brembo calipers that come on new Acura TLs. You know, the big meaty monoblock calipers that say "ACURA" on them.

i have been wondering about the TLs brakes my self i will have to hop over to k20a.org and check out the write up.
is there a write up for the TL-S brakes on k20a? I dont know if they would fit...a friend from Acura said they tried and it was a no go...but that was when the typeS just came out
2nd post has some interesting questions and answers
http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread...ight=tl+brakes
i took most of the info i read into consideration even though its on the rsx and tl and not EP3 but the load pressure on the caliper and the front and rear distribution is what im concerned about since these brakes are off the honda trunk i know they will have plenty of stopping power just the difference in weight distribution could these just start locking up into turns
