Cluster question!

Cluster question!
I just did a complete tune up to my 03 accord and when I look at my cluster i see 120,xxx. It bugs me and I want to switch it with a lower miled one. Is it okay to switch clusters with a used one?
Also will a 4cyl. manual cluster work the same with the v6 manual one.
