i have a 92 integra and recently my clutch will go down and wont come back up but at the same time it wont go in gear it will start if i push it all the way down but only once and i little white ring broke offf the cable im not sure what it was but it is small white and on the clutch cable so if you had any info that would be great..

 

same problem happened to me, i bled the clutch and everything, took it to a shop to find out that it was the slave and master clutch cylinder, i would be willing to bet its either one of those, or even both.

 

wouldnt 92 have a cable clutch tho if so then would be the cable or throw out bearing

 

if its the throw out bearing it would make a little wizz sounding when pressing in the clutch, he didnt mention that

 

well then its the cable... ur talking about the slave and master clutch cylinder when he said the white ring broke off the cable..

 

so what is that little ring called and where can i get it?

 

its yourrrrrrrrrrr master cylinder go chenge it $100 yup.

 

how can it be the master cylinder when he said he has a cable it would be cable trans there would be no master cylinder with a cableeeeeeee trans.............. u would need to buy a new cable..the lil ring is what holds the cable in place so it can pull the fork up and push the bearing out to engage the clutch
