I have two different plug and play H.I.Ds kit H4.I have tried both an they won't turn on. I have even rewired them to the high beams and nothing. I replaced all light bulb fuses for biggers ones and nothing. The Oem bulbs once connected work and as soon I switch them out to the HIDs nothing. I tried both sets on my civic si and they turn on just fine. What the hell can I do to make the HIDs work on the car. Its a 2002 civic ex 4 dr. Automatic usdm as ****. Stock as can be w. Pnp hids. Two different brands and none work on this particular car but will work in others.
Where the HID plugs into the light bulb harness on mine had to modified a little little bit.
I have 9006 in my Accord. I had to spread the prongs on the HID plug a little bit outwards, as well as plug it in backwards.
What I mean is if each side has side A, and A is supposed to connect with A, I had to flip it so B connected with A. And they worked.
Do you mind saying where you got them from?

Ok fellas. I already cut the wires to plug from the hids and went wire by different ways. The son of bitch just wont turn on. its making my headspin. I even go a voltemeter and show power. My idea at first was to run the HIDS off the high beam if the low failed , which it did , and now the running it off the high failed. So my next step. RELAYS. Where can I get them. How do I wire them and will they solve this gay *** problem. Every car i've put an HID Kit or retrofit always turn on for the low beem but these ES are a bitch with the lighting parts. Great cars but geeze this HID thing is killing me. I will try once more to turn the son of bitch on with the high beam or low beam if all else fails im gonna look into wiring a relay.

If the connections aren't firing up the HIDs as it, I don't think relays will help.
You mentioned you have a voltometer, so test out which wires are + and -
I know for my TYC wires, red was - and black was +, and that screwed me over for the longest time. So make sure the circuit is connected correctly.
if you do use relays, use this diagram. relay install should take less than 20 minutes. Good Luck!

test them on your battery to see if they will even fire. just touch the pos and neg to the battery terminals. Im fairly certain awdgsx has your fix. plug the red wire into the positive and the neg into the top plug (blue wire from pic above).
