Default EM1 cel code 9, 76, & 90

So my car (99 si) has been running rich for some reason and i decided to check the codes with a jumper and got 76 and 90, which arent on any lists i know of, any ideas??

Also, a few months ago i had a plug wire fall off which ended up burning up the CYP, cylinder sensor, and coil, so i got a brand new dizzy housing from honda and a coil from autozone, and its still throwing a cel code 9....

I still can't figure out why people doodle with the SCS connector for CEL codes in OBD-2 cars.

Read the codes with an OBD-2 scanner and post them here. OBD-2 DTCs are far more specific.
