Verify that the little drain tube in the back is clear, to allow the moisture to escape, and turn on headlights and highbeams for 15 minutes.

If you really want it all out, again, clear the drain tube, remove bulbs from lamps, remove lamps from car, pour some rubbing alcohol into lamp and swish around, drain alcohol out the drain tube, and reinstall in car.

Its generally a clogged drain tube that allows the moisture to build up. Mine have never had visible water in them (DC2), even the morning after an all night rain.

Like said above, check that. Make sure the lights are fully sealed too, to make sure no more gets in and burns out your bulbs.
