Hmm, I had both but a few years apart. The DC5 felt tighter, maybe because I gained weight 
. But I think the bottom bolsters were the same while maybe the side ones were slightly larger.

guess i need to shed a couple lbs then. I love my dc2's but I think Im a little too big for them and was thinking about trading up for some dc5's but I guess that wouldnt help.
