I'm looking for someone within an hour or two of monterey to Swap a b18 into my 99 Si soon. Not familiar with the shops and car scene in the area yet. I'm stationed here as military and live in the barracks. Anyone know anyone?

 

I dont know of any shops in monteray. but if anything dont go to Midnight Performance in sac, or citurs heights...somewhere around there. dont go there.

 

go to redzone in fremont, lance coolie. about 1-1 1/2 hrs. drive from monterey bay. worth it & closer than sac (3 hrs. from you) i recommend them. good guys. talk to jeremy or wayne. tell them clyde sent ya. i may be right behind you on that swap soon.

Yea they are on my list, I have no transpo at the moment so it's kinda tough getting around. But I'm going up to hayward with a friend to GST this weekend so I might stop at Redzone. I already checked out Tech3 in San Jose, I like them but they're a bit pricey.
