Default Anyone have any more info on the JTCC accord?

what are the specs on this car and how fast is it?(hp/tq numbers?)

also, by looking at the engine bay, is the motor mounted the opposite way(like the rsx i-Vtec motor) with the intake toward the front of the car?

here are some more random pics:

I believe that it is similar to the BTCC cars and uses an H20A, yes an H20A. It is a destroked H22, and I believe that the racing engine for the BTCC teams is available for sale.

yes, it is a destroked h22 and creates 300+ hp all motor....the engine is somewhere around 15 grand though...but i'd imagine you could build it yourself for less!

I really doubt it since you will spend a ton of money on just the tuning of the motor. Plus almost every moving component is custom made. But here is the funny thing, the BTCC motors have H20A on the block...

No. It's FWD, but the suspension is very different from any street Accord. I love that car, especially the individual throttle bodies behind that cover

They stamp the blocks themselves. Just like the RealTime Type R team does with their blocks.
