Default Stock FPR comparison...

Hey guys. I'm trying to figure out a clearance issue with my FPR and DC strut brace. A buddy of mine came up with a great idea of mounting a stock '95 VTEC Prelude FPR to the rail. The difference is that the Prelude one has an angled inlet valve, while my GS-R's has a straight inlet port and needs this machined block to sit at an angle to clear the intake manifold.

He says aside from the angled inlet, they have the same flow characteristics. Can you guys confirm this? If this is true, I simply ditch the 3/4" block, mount the Prelude FPR directly onto the fuel rail and, voila, the fuel line will not only clear the intake manifold, but I can use my tower brace again.

Thanks,

A-dub
