I kno a z6 head is vtec so would dat just bolt on to my d16y7 block? and is er any other vtec head/s dat would work for my block?

You need to remove the oil jet thing from your block. With the Z6 head, you need to use 1 Z6 head stud by the VTEC solenoid, wile the other 9 are the Y7 head studs. For the Y8 head swap, you just use all stock head studs.
