hey guys I've heard of this happening a few times where VTEC will be engaged but "fall out" (disengage) with a CEL 22 (VTEC oil pressure switch). I'm not sure if it's the actual pressure switch on the VTEC assembly or something else. The only thing I can think of that is oil-related would be a slightly leaking oil pan gasket (which has seem to get better with a slightly thicker oil). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

i was getting cel 22 on my gsr right after i did the swap and was told to run a ground wire from the vtec solinoid to the radiator support and it worked for me.
don't know what it's call but under the solenoid the little block thing that connects to the head.. there's a screen..i remember taking mines off and there was alot of crap stuck in the screen that i guess can slow down or even stop oil flow to the solenoid...hope that helps...

oil is brand spankin new
screen is clean as clean can be, and the green plug busted off kinda like the part that makes it click in place so i soldered (hardwired pretty much) that plug to the harness. I did that a couple days ago and my work looked pretty good.
