base map (help)
ok so i might go with a k20a2 for a dd but not too sure yet. if i go ahead and get kpro right now on my a3 ecu when it comes time to do the swap could i just change the base map so it runs the a2? i was just looking into this becuase i dont want to have to get my key reprogramed with a diffrent ecu at honda and go threw all thoos headches.

It is my understanding that if you get kpro, you have go to the dealer to get the key programed. Kpro used to do it but it required you to send them the key anr the key "reader" with the ecu....and yes, you can run any base map on the ep3 ecu once you have kpro installed.....
