Where is the idle adjust screw?

Where is the idle adjust screw?
I've looked in my Haynes manual, and read the descriptions (Because all the pics in all the threads I found are bunk), and I cannot find it
91 CRX HF
Haynes manual has a picture, but it's upside, backwards, and inverted. I still looked, and it does not appear to be where it was in the manual (using an 88 I believe they were)
Help? With Picture would be ideal! I can even host it permanently.
