Default LS/Vtec Help!!!! Please Help me out

I have a B18B bottom in on a B16A2 head. Im having some problems timing it. The up arrows on the cam gears are striaght up as normal and the timing marks are alligned to each other on the cam gears like the specs call for. But the dizzy is showing the #1 location on the top right 1:00 position and not the lower left 7:00 position. Every thing lines up except the dizzy locations. The dizzy is from a B16A2 99-00 civic si, Is there something else I should do? Any help would be great. Thanks

your 180 off. Your timing marks wont line up exactly since the head sits at a diff. hight than the stock LS head does.

So should I just get the dizzy lined up and have the cam gear timing marks a little off?

yes, it wont line up perfectly. Did you mill your head (resurface)? that will also cause the timing marks to be off a bit. Also, do you have a degree wheel and adj. cam gears? you should look into it if you dont.
