EG SI hatch came with disk rears. I'm sure some ek's came with them as well. You should just grab them off someone parting an integra.

 

things like what year civic you have and what model would be helpful. i just did a disk swap on my 95 civic and i love it i took 01 Integra trailing arms and ebrake cables, and front brakes, and picked up a 4040 prop valve

you reuse your civic LCA
