how do i disconnect the lower ball joint from the lower control arm without a ball joint seperator?????????

 

Searched "lower ball joint" in the Prelude section of H-T and found 33 results. I'm pretty sure you'll find your answer in one of those threads.

thread a nut back on just a little (don't use the castle nut, or if you have to, thread the castle side on first so you don't bend it)

then get your hammer and slam that bitch

that's one option

you can also try just pounding on the side of the lower control arm in hopes of loosening it up, sometimes it will just pop free that way

or you can get a block of wood and a floor jack and jack up on it, just don't let the car come off the jackstands
