Is it normal that my IACV open about 1mm (1/16 inch)
You should be careful with applying arbitrary voltages to your sensitive equipment....the ecu might not send a full 12v to the IACV. Get a helms manual if you're into messing with this thing that much.
I'm assuming that this originated from an idle bounce prob?

yes it's a bounce problem. It bounce between 1000 and 1500 RPM. I unplug the IAC from the car and connect with a external power supply and a multimeter. I just want to be sure that is defect. That thing cost 330$.
I see the faq on this site and I check on the manual and I did the test and it's write to change the IAC. I'm also having the code P0505.
But I have a doubt...

You should try and find one used before you buy a new one if you finally decide you need a new IACV.
Take a look at the thread I made on idle bounce problems, read that and post a reply over there if you can't fix it after that.

Today I try to bleed the coolant system. I open the radiator cap, start the car, open the bleed and I see that coolant squirted by the radiator. Strange, I cloded it and wait until the car is hot. At this time nothing go out from the bleed.
Very strange. Can my thermostat be stuck and it can be the source of a bad idle?
