Hello everyone,

I have a 92 eg hatch with an h22a in it. It has an aftermarket AEM intake currently that I would like to swap out for a stock intake box and stock intake tubing.

The box on the stock d series motor is very small and bolts right in obviously seeing that it is oem equipment on this chassis, the one on the prelude is kind of long. From my understanding..the throttle body on the h22 is 60mm and 56mm on the d series. So the intake piping is also a lot skinnier.

So my question is...
What can I do to get stock intake tubing and stock intake box onto this h22a in my 92 eg hatch?

use the prelude tubing and mod th EG box to fit the slightly larger tubing???

 

thanks, how would you suggest i go about modding the box? I saw a guys online pics, he used the gsr box and different intake tubing..wasnt really sure what he did tho. anyone have this setup??

get an EG6 Sir intake from hmotrsonline there like 50 bucks, it come with the air box and arm, it, should work with no or very minor mods
