Wow, can't believe they are closing down. I know their stuff is expensive, but it was always fun to just go there when you have nothing to do and want to look at some car parts hehe. Anybody go to the sales or know the date when they are officially shut down?

 

i dont know the date exactly when its closing down but the sale has been going on for a good 2 weeks now

a friend of mine picked up 10 air spencer squash fresheners for 12 bucks

 

they told me they would be closing in 5-6 weeks..supposely loll

its somewhat still pretty pricey for the sales they have, the only thing i remember is 30% off car accessories like cd holders, cup holders etc, and 40% off lighting like headlights but the autobacs in stanton all the headlights are gone practically and i asked some guy and he said theyre closing like the first week in april?

 

I went last week..honestly it looks mervins when they closed..sucks..i had good times there :/

no they arent having a blow out anymore. they got a buyer for the staton store. covina will be closed but liquidators arent marking anything more than 20%-30%. The buyer wants to keep whats left in the store and continue on over.

 

is it still going to be called superautobachs or is he changing the name/

Thanks to all you guys that supported Super Autobacs. The original store as you know it did close down on March 17, 2009. Their will be a transitions period during this time and we did re-open on March 23, 2009 under the new management. The store will be open from 10am - 6pm until further notice. I do believe that Saturday, it may be a possibility that we will be open at regular times from 9am - 9pm. This is not set in stone, but if anyone want to know I will try to keep everyone posted as I find out new information.

 

At Super Autobacs Stanton this Saturday, everything in the store is 20% off.

The name of the store will change in 90 days. Sorry about the late response, but there is a lot of places that I need to post in and school isn't making it any easier. The company will remain the same concept and most of the products will remain the same, but the name will change to Super Autobax because Autobacs Seven did not want to sell the rights of the name to the new owner. This weekend we will be running a sale for selected items anywhere from 20-50% off.

 

We have been trying to brainstorm on what the new name should be. So if anyone has suggestions please by all means post it. Working close with the owner, he wants the input of the employees and try to change the reputation of the store. The company that has bought us is a distributor and has many connections in the automotive industry. So the employees here are hoping that the pricing that we can give you guys will be much better than before.
