installed new caliper, now soggy pedal!!

Default installed new caliper, now soggy pedal!!

installed a new driver side rear caliper today, and bleed the caliper. i made sure there was plenty of brake fluid, ive bleed the caliper about 3 times now, but still gots almost straight to the floor. but if im stopped, and i pump them a few times, it gets stiff. any help guys? dont feel safe at all!!

did you bleed the whole brake system or just that one caliper? at anytime you let air into the brake system, you have to bleed all four calipers

You need to bleed the brakes till all the air is out

RR,LR,RF,LF is the way, have at it

Yeah, make sure you bleed the system completely at all 4 calipers in the correct order like mentioned above. Also make sure the pads are installed and seated in the caliper correctly, I'm sure you have them in there correctly but just thought I'd throw that out there, I've seen it happen!! LOL

lol ya thanks for reminding me tho, im like 99.9% sure everythings right, i just bleed only the caliper i replaced not the whole system

why did you repalce the caliper?? did you check the other 3 calipers for a seized caliper slide?? if any of the slides are seized you will get a low of spungy brake pedal.

starting with the furthest away from the master cylinder which would be the back right, back left, right front and and finally left front
