Default weber carbs

Hey guys. I just recently acquired an all motor build and I really would like to do something a bit different and run dual sidedraft webers. Im begining to learn about carburetors now...lol. Details of my build are as follows.

1.9 B18c, 11.8 CR
Wiesco Pistons, eagle rods, Block guard,
JUN cams and Full JUN valve train.
Ported b16 head.
Im thinking about going with the RMF Narrow Replica as well.

Im looking into weber line of carbs and the DCOE series seem like they will work well with my setup, maybe a 45 or 50? what would you guys recommend?

Also have anyone here done a carburetor conversion on a Bseries or know a good source of information? I have a few questions.

What would a thread be without pics. The carb and the car it's going in.

I think 45s should be good. I know alot of vw guys that run them and they really work wonders......they sound sick as well.
