oil catch can??

Default oil catch can??

hi im building an ls/vtec setup and while i was working on the ls block, i noticed that it didnt have and oil breather chamber in the back and i dont really want to mess around and tap the back of the block so if i get a oil catch can and tap it into my valve cover like i see in lots of pics will that do the trick for me ? THX FOR YOURR HELP.

or is what taped into there valve covers somthing else?

i'm not sure man because i have a stock gsr air box. but i think the location doesnt really matter. I'd get it as close to the intake manifold as possible.
