passenger high beam wont come on

ive taken the bulb out checked all the connections, cleaned the connections, switched bulbs around, checked fuses and still wont come on. does some one have the wiring diagram for the head lights

are your wires spliced at all? are they wired correctly?
check your grounds and wires

Did you verify potential (voltage) with a multimeter?

i dont have a volt meter im gonna try and get one from some one
