Default Electrical Ground Problem???

I have a 95 civic hatch with a D15b7 engine. Recently it behaved erratic when I turned it off and pulled out the key. My DRL's would remain on along with my blower fan. I temporarily solved the DRL's by pulling the fuse but the fan has to be manually switched off in order for it to stop. Also there must be more than one thing drawing on the battery because it dies in about 20 hrs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The IG2 terminal of your ignition switch is probably bad.
