okay so my friend just wired up my jdm front end headlights so that the foglights, and city lights turn on when my parking lights are on....the problem is that whenever i do have them on the guage cluster doesnt light up!! ive looked at the fuses and turned the brightness **** back and forth...but no luck....but whenever i turn my alarm on it still flashes with the parking lights...and i also noticed that when i press on the brake the rear brake lights never come on....any help is appreciated

 

maybe its a short somewhere, I had the same problem with my neon turned out to be a short.
