(Searched) Automatic seat belt control unit
This unit is giving out a mysterous current draw on the batt. My "new batt would drain after a couple of days left unstarted. For you electricians, its giving a 0.39 current draw on batt. When I disconnected the control unit, it went back to a normal 0.03 to 0.04. DVM set to 10a DC. Connected in series. Cable to terminal. My car started fine after a hybernation period.
I just can't leave this unit disconnected all the time cause the seat belts may save my life one day.
Does any body have problems with this unit?
I know about the lifetime warranty, but I'd like to figure this one myself. Once I figured this out then I'll let them pay for it. And I'll install it myself.
