Hi Everyone!

Do anyone has informations, pictures any helpfull description about breakpads changing for europian 2003 2.0i Accord?? (from manual or something)

Brakepads... I dont have them personally. but someone will post them up. I am sure it's basically the same as any car if you have done them before. very straight forward and easy to do

It's not quite so easy. You do have to know a few important details. Find a good how-to with pictures, or get a service manual.

I'm trying to do this too but someone told me before you put in the new pad make sure you c-clamp the caliper. I'm not sure how what he mean by that. Still learning = /

For the front disc brake, you can use a C-clamp to push the piston back. Rear disc on Hondas are usually turned back in with a brake tool, pliers, or a big screwdriver clockwise to retract the piston. As your disc brake pads wear, they get thinner and the piston is pushed out more. When you put on new pads, the pads are thicker, so the piston needs to be pushed back in so the pads can be installed.

Here are some instructions for the front disc brakes (rears are slightly different). You should jack up the car and use jack stands to support the car. Use brake cleaner to clean the brakes.

That's a pretty good how-to, Redbull. I was about to search for one. There are probably some videos on the net too.
