Default Loose Shifter, Possibly the Linkage?

A friend of mines car recently broke down... she parked it on a hill, then the next morning she was having problems putting it into reverse.

I went and looked at it she got it up the hill by tow roping it up..

the car wont shift into gear its REALLLLY loose..

So heres what i was thinking....

Either A Shift Linkage

B Needs new bushings??

The car is a 91 Integra 4 Door with a JDM b16a Swap, Also i belive the car used to be a dogomatic.

she says it has a short shifter, but it looks normal to me, the car has had the "short shifter" for bout 2 years now, this problem only happend recently.

It's likely the bushings.
