grease up the track to see if that helps before you even decide to mess with any of that.

Better idea -
take off the door panel and look at the track. Make sure it is bolted in on both ends. If it is not then it will make the window malfunction cause the track is not lined up. On my del sol the rear track can be adjusted to left and right slightly to accommodate the window better.

@ the motor swap from the opposite door? I dont think that will work, the mounting screws are on the wrong side if it is from the other door.
I have a del sol passenger side regulator with a motor for sale on ebay. i wonder if it would fit a teg?

damn honda's engineering dept! if it isn't window regulators, trunk seals, or transmissions!! aaaaahhhh!!

but yah i believe the front door motors are actually the same on the left and right. but a lil silicone spray on the tracks can work wonders.

look at the rear track man. Take the panel off the door and make sure its bolted at the top and the bottom. Mine was slow to roll up and when i dismantled the door it was not aligned properly cause the bottom was unbolted. I bolted it in and adjusted the top bolt slightly and it goes up and down smooth now.
