take off the door panel and look to see whats loose. it could be like mine where the window run channel broke off where it mounts to the door at the bottom causing it to have the looseness your talking about

did u inspect the front and rear window guides? the original ones break, that would cause them to loosen up on the window and let it move freely like it does.
