Check your cam timing, make sure all your marks are lined up, at the same time make sure when the engine is on #1 firing TDC, the distributor rotor is pointing at #1 post on the distr. cap. Do a compresson test. Re-check your valve adjustment. Its a honda man, if all thats ok and you have spark, it will run. If cam and/or ign timing is off, that ethier will still burn, you could ignite that stuff from the friction of grandmas thighs. Hope this helps.
Ian.

cam timing is good i just replaced the belt.
engine is firing on #1 tdc. checked that by checking the post with the cap off.
will be doing a compression check tommarow. i guess it could need an adjustment.

There are two versions of the pr3, an obd1 and obd0. Is the car set up for 0 or 1? What fuel rail do you have? Once I used the stock ef fuel line onto a obd1 billet fuel rail and the banjo bolt didn’t line up or was to small, the engine ran for a sec and then died, after trying everything I put the banjo bolt that cam with the swap on and it ran fine. Could be your problem.

does anyone have a vac diagram for this? the one in the FAQ is dead.

car is set for obd0. im assuming i have the oem fuel rail. the car ran once before. i picked up the car in pieces after my brothers just dumped it at my dads house and he gave the car to me. my dad went dumb and tried to put the motor in a 88 sedan and never finished the job. i hate picking up other peoples projects but it was a free car and will be better on gas than my boosted spec v
