Default Oil in #1 and #2 cylinder

Grommets were shot, replaced and notice that oil leaked into the cylinder. spark plug is protecting it from going deeper. wanted to know eaasy way to remove oil without removing spark plug and messing head up. paper towles to get everything out. please help..TIA!!
