my buddy just called me to ask HT, about his car so this is the problem he says his car turns on fine but the clutch pedal stays down? and it wont come back up, can anyone help i tried searching but u know how that is.

 

clutch hydraulic fluid way low, air in the line, or leaking line.

So...
bleed the clutch with new fluid, but first find out where it is leaking or where the line is damaged.
