i would be concerned, but doesnt mean anything is exactly wrong, can just be someone who just wants to sell it badly.... (which makes me concerned )

2001 ACURA INTEGRA, Type R, premium yellow, 1k miles, 5 spd., alloys, CD player, loaded w/options, full power, very rare only 600 a year, $18,500, Insurance Auto Brokers, Forest Park, GA, 404-608-8588.

premium yellow? loaded w/options (which options?)?
only 600 a year, very rare. I'll agree with the rare part, but not the 600!

very wierd stuff.

Car has been sold.
It was at Adams Auto Sport down the street from my work.
You might know them from the cars they put in NOPI.
All of them painted in some light pastel color. All show.

This ITR had a tree fall on it and they replaced the trunk along with other
stuff. Now GOD only knows what else is wrong with it.

Obviously they don't know much about ITRs with the premium yellow (maybe they kept seeing PY and just guessed) and the number of ITRs made. And unless this was in a museum or a personal collection, I don't think anyone in their right mind could only use an ITR for 1000 miles!

Something about the whole "Insurance Auto Sales" just sounds a LITTLE sketchy.
